Jungle Villa
Our brand new villa completed in 2026. This luxury villa sits at the very edge of the national forest and peers into the jungle. Modern Luxury, georgious teak ceilings and telescoping windows that completely slide open to the private terrace and pool. Completely private and visited by monkeys daily. Scarlet Macaws often nest in the palm trunk off the terrace, and sloths are often found in the Gaurumo trees right next to the Macaws. Intelligent glass windows in the shower give either privacy or jungle view. This villa is perfect couple with with one or two small children.

Toucan Villa
This is the largest of the three villas and it gets its name form the two toucans that often makes this villa its home (the tree out back). It sits along the street and provides a nice 4 car garage for guests. This villa is modern and comfortable. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with 4 King Beds and a sofa bed. It can sleep 9 people if you include the sofa bed. On special request we can bring in a twin bed to sleep 10. The sun deck has a nice view of the Manuel Antonio park, and a hot tub you can soak in while you enjoy the view. The kitchen has modern amenities including beautiful teak cabinets. Washer and dryer, hair dryers, safes, smart TVs and, high speed WIFI and are among the many amenities you will find in this house.

This Villa is the older and more rustic of the three villas and is a true Costa Rican experience. The outdoor kitchen, pool and gathering area will most likely be the center of your stay at Lapa Villas. This villa boasts ocean views, garden views, beach trail, shade, jungle, pool and wildlife.
